American Style Slices

Today I tried for the first time the FYH American slices. I had already tried the mozzarella style cheese and it was really good, so I wanted to give this one a shot. It’s buttery and delicious, not too buttery (which I like) #vegancheese #vegangrilledcheese

While expensive, this "cheese" wowed me with the taste. It seriously tastes like American cheese! I would recommend to those like me who thought they would never find something that tasted like cheese again. Pretty good.

Really impressed with this #vegancheddar! It had a surprisingly good #cheddar flavor and was tasty both warm and cold. It melted better than expected too and was only a little sticky like #vegancheese is known to be. All around a pretty good cheese alternative. The lower stars is for the health aspect though...😅 Also a little pricier than id like, but found it on sale! #ditchdairy #dairyfree #dairyisscary

I’m always on the lookout for a vegan cheese to make grilled cheese. I had high hopes for this American cheese from follow your heart, because I usually love this brand’s products. It wasn’t my favorite though. The taste is flavor is not bad, just a little bland. The main issue I had was that the cheese melted into a liquid paste. I tried a couple different methods for melting it but every time I just ended up with a cheese puddle. Follow your heart is usually very good, this was just a miss for me. #vegancheese

just like real dairy american cheese! i grew up with this stuff, so i was really happy to find that follow your heart alternative. in addition to that, it’s actually really good! the taste is just like american cheese, and i would say it’s pretty meltable. no complaints with this cheese!
