Almond Nutbase

I have made myself many different kinds of plant milks before...hemp, pumpkin seed, coconut, sunflower, oat, almond, hazelnut, cashew....and I have even made it from almond butter before. I just found out there is an actual product for this now ! My mom gave me it to borrow a long with her blendjet blender to take on a trip so I can make smoothies 🙂 I've tested it out a few times and it does make a fine almond milk. The oil seperated rather intensely so I did chuck out a big layer of oil. The almond milk doesn't have much of a taste but when I added berries and banana I had a good smoothie. I like the idea to save waste. #lesswaste #ecofriendly

I think this is a great option to have almond milk handy. I don’t have it everyday, so this is perfect because I only do the amount I will have. I also use to get make different kinds of sauce more creamy.

Really great for baking, adding into creamy sauces, and for nut milk (of course!!). Just requires good mixing since like most nut butters/nut based-products, oil separate happens. But love that it’s shelf-stable.

Good product but is too small and I felt like after a few glasses was gone 😕 #veganisnotscary

It takes more than I expected to make the milk, not super easy to use
