Almond Flour Tortillas

Delicious. Great for soft crunchy flexible tacos. Heat or fry in pan. Might fall apart if microwaved with wet ingredients on top or wait too long before eating with wet ingredients on top, as they r thin and soft.

I've resisted the urge to buy these almond flour tortillas before because they seem expensive, but there are 20 in each package, so it's not a bad deal. These tortillas are very close to the real, authentic thing, only requiring 15 seconds of high heat on each side. You can see that the surface gets those yummy crispy dark circles. They crisp up as they cool, so you need to build any tacos quickly. They are great for breakfast burritos.

This was the only size they had at the grocery store. Normally get the large size for burritos but these made cute little wraps.
