6 Plant-Based Sausages

These Moving Mountains sausages were very good. I used them to make a classic British dish of #sausage and mash and they worked really well in the dish. Note: second image is uncooked! They cooked nicely and had a good meaty texture as well as flavour. I would be more than happy to have these again!

Super amazing umami sausages. Chunks of chewy (what seemed like mushroom meat?), firm texture, it's been a while since I've have non vegan stuff but this was very 'real' to me.
