The texture and looks of it are great. But the taste is really bad. I used it in our self-made uramaki sushi with cucumber, and it dominated over the taste of other ingredients so bad, that the whole role was ruined. It has a strange taste with too much sweetness in it.

Odore uguale a quello di origine animale! Il gusto iniziale anche, poi lascia un retrogusto diverso ma comunque delicato. La consistenza in bocca è più burrosa.. Ma comunque buono nei panini! Con l'aggiunta di qualche Spezia e perfetto anche per delle tartine!!

Formaggio spalmabile dalla consistenza cremosa e il sapore leggermente dolce. Comodo per fare tramezzini o da aggiungere alla pasta con le verdure saltate (un po' come facevate prima col Philadelphia), aiutandosi con un po' di acqua di cottura per farlo sciogliere. 📍ToBío Vegan Shop
