고추장 Gochujang

Versatile in nature, this gochujang paste can be added to many different dishes to pack a punch with its slightly spicy yet sweet flavour profile.

Pretty good gochujang, supermarket stuff so not really premium but does the trick. On the sweeter side. Made some vegan kimchi fried rice with this!

gochujang is a key ingredient in most korean food and it helps to spice up my instant noodles!
