“YOH” Pizza With Vegan Cheese

Mushrooms, olives, sundried tomatoes & avo. I loved this combo of toppings but sadly the vegan cheese this time round was too slimy for me. My base was also meant to be a banting one but they got it wrong and then never had more vegan cheese to make a new pizza. Crappy experience second time round 👀

This pizza was sooooooo great! I must say I am very pleasantly surprised by Our Pizza Place... Family owned business, sourcing local ingredients, and they have a wood fired pizza oven. They are a bit expensive, especially when you replace the dairy cheese with vegan cheese at an extra R24, but I would say this is one of the few places I don't mind paying a bit more. They are very generous with their toppings, and their base is so yummy. Love, love, love that it's wood fired. They also have a few options that are easy to make vegan. The people who work there are also super friendly and helpful. They will definitely be seeing me again.

The main way I can describe this is: incomplete. This pizza seems to be missing either chilli or garlic or onions, the taste just didn't feel balanced. #capetown #southafrica

Completely personal taste. I didn't enjoy the cumulative sourness of the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. However if you like those together then it's the go to. Other than that the pizza was great, cheese was creamy and yum
