Be sure to request that this be made vegan. This is the only curry that can be made vegan. It was delicious. It has a mix of veggies which included two types of potatoes. That was an ingredient I’ve never had in Thai curry before but it was insanely good. The potatoes were soft and buttery. In fact I’d love a yellow curry mashed potato dish now!! They’re very busy on weekends but it was so good I ordered it three times in three days. Yummy
