Yellow Noodle Soup (Vegan Duck)

Seriously good soup with fresh ginger. My non vegan friend really loved it

If you’re vegan or vegetarian you’ll know this is a crowd favourite and it’ll always be bustling in amongst those bright green walls. Veganism is magic and this Saigonese eatery has all the comforts of noodle soups and broken rice. I choose the yellow noodle and vegan duck because it’s always warming and the duck so crispy!
