Violet Spring Rolls

Lovely rice paper spring rolls with a peanut sauce. I chose Tofu as the protein. The sauce was a bit blant and tasted more like a peanut yoghurt sauce than the proper peanut sauce that I expected, but there was enough delicious juice from the mushrooms inside the rice paper rolls, so the sauce wasn’t really necessary. The rolls were very nice! 🤗
