Very Vegan Salad

This was amazing, super healthy and filling. The cashew dressing was excellent!

Really good but a lot of food! I have ordered it all three times that I’ve been there and it’s hard for me to finish even though I eat a lot. You definitely get your money’s worth. Next time I will build my own or order this one with more greens and no quinoa.
