Today was Verde Bendito’s 1st day open after remodeling and it’s super cute ☺️ I love ❤️ the ambiance and the staff super friendly and attentive.
I ordered this Babaganush Bowl and it was absolutely delicious 😋!!
The falafel 🧆 very tasty and cooked perfectly! The herbs 🌿 in the falafel mix were also spot on! With grilled #eggplant 🍆,, #carrots. #brownrice (seasoned perfectly), sliced #avocado with #babaganush (yum 😋)in the center and a side salad 🥗! The dressing on the side salad was soo good! Type of berry vinaigrette I think 🤔. Totally forgot to ask!
Some ingredients were missing but I understood that it was their 1st day open and they were short some things.
My husband wanted a vegan burger but they were out of buns 🤣
Will definitely come back here!!
