Veggie tofu gyoza

These veggie tofu gyozas were really good! Pan fried for the crispy texture. Loaded with tofu and vegetables inside. Love these! Topped up $6 for a side (these gyozas) and miso soup.

filling was veggies, tofu and vermicili; the tofu added a kinda cheesy feel (felt slightly cheesy but not as rich as if it was actually cheese) to the dumplings!

Thankful for this! Vegan gyoza is still pretty rare around singapore and I‘m a mad sucker for dumplings. Finding out about the vegan gyoza option that I could get as part of my set made me really happy :D but it wasn’t enough to make up for the the disposable cutlery heh - still sad about the thin flimsy plastic spoon lelel
