Veggie Roll Sushi

Tried two vegan sushi rolls, the what the vegan and mexifornia. Both delicious! This was my first time having sushi, outside of being vegan I am also allergic to fish, so amazing to find sushi vegan, was in the area for a month and went multiple times. Would have gone more if it was more budget friendly for the amount of food. Prices were typical for sushi and the area.

The picture does not do this roll justice. Avocado and cucumber filled roll topped with this amazing charred chard and a sweet, spicy, perfectly garlicky sauce and crunchies. Very creative and so good!
