Veggie Potato Tacos

This place was great - cool, affordable, and two of their 8 or so taco options could be made or already are vegan. Sides of beans and rice also available and other vegan apps. This veggie potato corn taco was amazing sans queso. I actually ordered a second one even though I was full!
