Veggie Monster Roll

I’m sorry the photo is not good I was just too hungry and excited to eat this. It’s my favorite roll at Amore. The sweet potato tempura paired with the broccoli is 🤌 I also got their Vegan Miso Ramen but I forgot to take a pic. 12/10 Love the vegan options at Amore.

This was a really tasty roll, though I like the veggie lover roll more. The broccoli tempura had a distinct taste but was a nice touch. This 10 piece roll is $14, which felt like a good deal based on the number of ingredients used. Clearly labeled vegan on the menu:) Contains sweet potato tempura, kampyo, broccoli tempura, baby spring mix, topped with avocado, micro green, wasabi mayo and sweet soy sauce

This is the best vegan sushi roll I have ever had. I know it has sweet potato inside and thinly sliced avocado outside with some kind of sauce but I will definitely be going back for more!!
