Vegetarian Pho

This #veganvietnamese #pho comes with thick #tofu slices, some mushrooms and a smattering of vegetables such as carrots and bak choy. Broth was on the thin side and not very flavourful though this is alleviated by the sweet and #chilli sauces on the side. All in all a pleasant and comforting meal but not outstanding or substantial. I found it not very worth it for the price of $12+ in total the restaurant ambiance was soothing with wooden furniture, soft pink cushions and woven baskets.

A bit tasteless, plenty of veggies though 🥦 Served by a robot, quite interesting but sterile experience. Didn’t enjoy it that much honestly, will not go again.
