Vegetarian Lotus Claypot Rice

Happy to see there's vegetarian options on the menu. Ordered a Vegetarian Clay Pot Rice with chunks of mushroom and lotus and it was delish! I like it spicy, so I added lots of cut chilies to spice it up. Got a pair of fried vegetarian spring roll for free for an exchange of a Google review. Why not?
