Vegetarian Kway Chap 粿汁

Whoa first time I've seen a vegan version of this! I never really fancied #kwaychap all that much when I was an omnivore (never really was into offals), but funny how you do things #justbecauseitsvegan 🤭 The same #ricenoodle sheets join up with #tofu and that gluten-based #fakemeat in a convincingly herbal and smoky #darksauce that went really well with the chilli padi that they provided 🙂 Unfortunately I had to pick the #evilweed out of my food before getting started. It is really hard to know when I should and should not specify to exclude coriander; like who even puts that in Kway Chap in the first place 🙄 RM29.80 😳
