Ask for 2 portions of BBQ sauce if you like your dishes to be more flavourful xD The veggies weren’t pre-marinated apse from the bean sprouts, but go well with the sweet & savoury thick black sauce! Gochujang option also available :)
This is what I was talking about when I said you can find a cheaper and better tasting bibimbap in my previous review 🙂 https://www.abillion.com/reviews/61e427db7d7cb2008d45da28 both used similar ingredients but this was half the price, came with extra tofu and vegan banchan! They also offer bbq sauce as an option but I always go with the standard slightly spicy and tangy bibimbap sauce 😋
Now this!! This was delish! The dish comes out on a hot plate and is kept consistently warm throughout your meal. It also ensures there’s extra crispy rice to scrape up from the bottom which, if you’re like me, is the best bit!! 100% will get again. #abillionturns3
This vegetarian bibimbap is with bibimbap sauce and lots of ingredients including Enoki and Shiitake mushroom, spicy soy bean sprout, fried tofu, carrot, spinach, cucumber and seaweed. Personally find the taste quite authentic. Next time will check out the other sauce option which is BBQ sauce and try if it is vegan.
Not Bad, got the crunchy “Guo Ba” and taste good. Compliments with unlimited side dishes which you can ask for refills . 😋
