I chose a base of buckwheat noodles with sides of chuba seaweed, shitake mushrooms and spicy tofu, topped with chilli and sesame sauce. Although I am not a fan of cold dishes, I thoroughly enjoyed this as it was delicious, natural and filled with a lovely flavour medley. It is not a vegan stall but staff were helpful in informing me which dishes were vegan. Costs $6.80 which is one of the more affordable options on Star Vista mall which doesn't have a good court. #healthy #noodles
