Vegansl Mit Rotkraut Und Knödl

OMG, this was soooo good. The dumplings light and fluffy and the seasoning on the seitan goose and the sauce just perfect. And it's also a big portion. We loved it.

I can still taste that sauce 😋 it has a very strong flavour , the seitan and bread dumplings amazing too. The only thing I would say about this restaurant is that it would be nice if they had more protein choice. Almost all of their dishes are seitan based
