Veganized: Jicama y Tomatillo Salad

Ok so I basically always order anything #jicama I see on the menu cause it usually means a #mexican restaurant is trying. This normally comes with a green chili labneh which for my vegetarian friends you might want to try, but I #veganized it. Came with a ton of almonds and pomegranate and a splash of lemon and a bunch of spices. So damn good! #luchaloco #duxtonhill
