The Vegan Vegetable Roast with Herbal Dip was by far one of the best dishes I ate in Klagenfurt! It is nothing fancy, but the taste was an absolute dream! And although I usually leave EVERY herbal dip (I just don't like this dip), I ate it completely because it was simply divine! Unfortunately the vegetable roast was the only vegan dish on the menu, but I would always go to the Bierhaus zum Augustin in Klagenfurt for it!
