Vegan Wiener Schnitzel

Because schnitzels get their taste from the crispy coating, this honestly tasted just like how I remembered the meat version! It’s made from pea protein and was a big portion. Sadly it came without any side dishes so that adds quite a bit to the price. Still, I’m psyched I was able to have a vegan version of what used to be my favourite meal as a kid. 🥹
