Vegan Twice Cooked "fisc" with buns

These were great, the buns nice and fluffy, the sauce had lots of flavour and the fisc was crispy on the outside and flaky in the middle like fish! They weren’t as fishy as I’d like now I know it’s possible due to tofu vegans offering but it was nice to have a breaded version which made it more interesting
