Vegan Tofu Scramble (with a side of vegan grits)

Loads of vegetables which was really great! The tofu was cubed which isn’t often seen in tofu scramble but I really liked it. The grits were really good too and it’s nice that they don’t make them creamy; they give you butter to add if you want to. They also have hot sauce available if you want it which I loved. The vibe here is really cute Southern farm kitchen too!
