Vegan Tiramisu Cake

The frosting is tricky to get right without dairy, often too thick and oily tasting. They got it right with this Tiramisu cake my niece brought for my birthday. The mixture of layers of chocolate and vanilla cake bathed in a light espresso-infused frosting was delicious.
