Vegan Smoked Salmon Benedict

Evviva’s eggs Benedict are unbelievably close to the real thing, complete with runny yolk 😍 I would probably recommend the classic over this one, as I was a little let down by the “smoked salmon”. It just didn’t add as much salmon flavour as I was expecting - but it was still delicious, nonetheless #toronto
