One of the many things that are already made vegan at Rachos Cocina - no customizing necessary. Just order the V147 vegan. Awesome flavor. Very generous portion of vegan shrimp, which blew our non-vegan friends' minds. Tender, moist, with good texture. The way people always want real shrimp to be - without being fishy and destroying the oceans. It's a delicious win win.
