Great to be able to customise the saltiness of the broth and spiciness as well! Go HOT HOT HOT ! Even the firmness of the noodles can be customise. Sadly many Pigs are killed for the other dishes and the smell of their bodies in the restaurant is strong 🫥

Amazing Ramen!! One of the rare vegan ramens Ive found, found the shop at Surfers Paradise and though its not the cheapest; its worth a try.
