Vegan Ramen

Trying this place out by recommendation from @mparramon. The noodle is springy and not very hard. The soup is not oily not very salty. Close to the milky texture of rhe actual fish soup with milk. Not expensive. Around $6.50.

Delicious ramen, the broth had an almost cheesy 🧀 flavour so I have a small suspicion it might not be vegan? 🤔 maybe I’ll ask again next time! @davnil and I have a plan to tell them that we work just upstairs, so they should open more often and we will very gladly patronise them much more!

Very delicious dish! The soup was so flavourful and perfectly seasoned. Also very generous with ingredients.

Better than the first time I had it because they didn't forget the corn this time! The tofu is also super tasty, they must have done something to it. Hope they sort out their manpower issues soon~ ooo

This was great value with lots of healthy, balanced ingredients. Soup was quite peppery.
