Vegan Philly

I am a sucker for vegan phillys and this one did not disappoint! It's made with Herbivorous Butcher Korean BBQ, vegan cheese, peppers and onions, and a Sriracha aioli. I would eat this sandwich all the time if I could! I got a side of their vegan ranch with my fries, so good!
