Vegan Panini

A great lunch option after a morning of bouldering. This panini comes with mushrooms, peppers and onion in melted vegan cheese. I added their jackfruit, which is actually made into pepperoni style slices 😋 delicious and really tomatoey! Served with crisps and some salad. Good value around £5 I think 😋
