Vegan Pad Thaï

Loved the pad thai! Great terrace in a nice location.

I was glad to find this vegan option, it was a really good pad thaï ! No big chunks of carrots, which I appreciated

This Pad Thaï did not taste like most Pad Thaï’s that I’ve had in my life, as the sauce tasted a bit more generic, but it was still really yummy! The sauce was deliciously salty and packed with umami, and there was a lot of textural diversity with a mix on crunchy veggies and peanuts!
