Vegan Noodle Bowl with Tempeh

The main was a little more disappointment compared to the stellar starter. I found the flavours a little one note. A sweet and sour type of sauce with rice noodles and lots of veggies. I feel like I could’ve made a better version of this at home. While I’m appreciative of the tempeh there should have been way more!
