vegan Mousaka wrap

this wrap was delicious! all the flavors went so perfectly together. i do love #eggplant they have #moussaka available to eat alone or in a wrap. so many vegan choices. it's a charming small restaurant north of the center of oxford with charming shops and restaurants and away from tourists. i came on the recommendation of @lestroismoutier! it's a pleasant walk from town. friendly (yet reserved) owners. everything vegan in the case has a big green heart and there were lots of big green hearts 💚💚💚 i would go back here. #supportlocalbusiness #smallbusiness #supportsmallbusiness

As already mentioned, LB’s Lebanese Cuisine is my top choice for lunch in Oxford! Established in 1995! I have been visiting this #familyowned #Lebanese sandwich bar and delicatessen for many years and their food is always consistently delicious! Today I chose the warm toasted #vegan #mousaka #wrap which is filled with perfectly cooked and flavoured #aubergine, #hummus, #tahini, tomatoes, onions, chickpeas and #salad 🌱 We were eating on the go today, but it made me laugh during our #carpicnic as their was a chorus of ‘mmmm’, ‘yum’, ‘mmmm’ as we ate 😂 It truly is delicious! We also purchased two #veganlunchboxes which we’ll have for dinner (yes, you really will want to eat this twice a day! 😁). Make sure you visit LB’s in #summertown when you visit #oxford!
