Vegan Mediterranean Veggie Toasted Sandwich

Loved the flavour of the #pesto spread on the toasted #ciabatta . The marinated #redpepper and #eggplant were very oily and made the toasted bread , which was also brushed with oil, soggy. The #redonion was a nice touch. Adored the fun pink decor of this cute little cafe. The prices on the menu are on the high side, but I'm guessing you're there for the theme and lighthearted experience. The sandwich was delicious! Filled with eggplant, basil, muhammara, pesto, roasted red peppers, greens & vegan feta, it makes the most delicious toasted sarmie out! Beautifully presented too! Their vegan additions are new to the menu and definitely worth supporting. Devine Devine!
