Delicious layers of contrasting textures! Crisp cookie-like base (that reminded me of CNY cookies), gooey apple & black sugar layer, matcha sponge, matcha cream and roasted nuts. I love the contrast of molasses/caramel tones of black sugar against bitter matcha. They also have an epic-looking matcha parfait and matcha gelato on the menu. Unfortunately these were not available when I went there at 12.30pm - owner said gelato was "not yet frozen." (¥600) #vegannara
