The vegan margherita at Panarottis is always a great option, you can eat it as is or add some toppings! I added mushrooms and pineapple. Yes I know most people will heavily debate on the no nos of having pineapple on a pizza, but pregnancy cravings are a real thing! 🤣 #veganisnotscary
