Vegan Malted Millet Biscuit Ice cream

We happened to pass by this craft ice cream booth in Observatory. They had about 3/4 really interesting ice cream flavours - including a sweet potato variety. I had a tester of each one and they were all delicious. The millet biscuit flavour has some crunch and was really creamy. Will definitely go back for more!
