This was my order (the previous laksa was the gf's 😛), I'm so unbelievably partial
to a #bakkutteh that it's scary 🙈 At a stall like this I scan the menu for it, and once sighted it puts everything else out of contention.
Ingredients are the usual suspects but all vegan: #taupok, #taukee, #enoki, and sliced #shiitake 😋 But the broth was the best thing about it, herby and flavourful and deeply soothing 😌
I still think they should have used a thinner #noodle though, like 米粉 or 面线. I know what they're going for, some sort of vegan alternative to the thick yellow egg noodles, but nah 😐
