Vegan Kebab Bowl Classic

Given the place is a fast food/take away Kebab booth, the bowl was surprisingly varied. Kebab was spicy seitan, among the stuff i choose was rice, hummus (peanut hummus!), onion, pomegranate sauce(!), salad, tomatoes, chia seeds(!), tahini sauce. Maybe it doesn't look so good but taste and variety have been great.
