Vegan Katsu Royale

A Vegan Royale patty was good with pickled slaw, crispy onions and vegan mayo. The curry sauce tasted light, but I like it. I visited there while they offered only vegan food. It was a great opportunity to feel vegan mood with “100% plant based” sign here and there.

Panino buono, forse un po' secco, lo avrei preferito con più salse.

Another (even cheekier) take on the Vegan Royale with katsu sauce, pickled slaw and crispy onions topped with vegan mayo. I didn't think I'd like this one much as I'm not so keen on katsu curry and it was my 4th BK burger of the day so I thought I'd be a bit burger'd out, but I was pleasantly surprised! The onions and slaw gave the burger a nice variety of crisp and crunch and kept the whole thing interesting. The katsu sauce wasn't too overpowering but added another dimension to an already strong Vegan Royale...
