I had been meaning to try this for some time, usually put off by the mention of a 20-minute waiting time 😬 On this occasion we were getting starters so I knew I had that luxury. The alternative was not banking the dollar; I've been here so many times that I've run out of things to order. Not sure if it's just me, but I think the omni stuff is gradually squeezing out the vegan options on their menu 😟
In the end this wasn't really worth the wait and the build-up 😐 The #fusilli #pasta was undercooked. Never again will I complain about people missing the mark on al dente and erring on the side of overcooking; undercooking is a whole lot worse. Asymmetrical consequences. The #bolognese / #ragu with #fakemeat was okay, nothing to shout about. The portion size looks small because of the ridiculously large plate that they use, but that's also because it is small 😒 You'd definitely be #stillhungry unless you get a starter or a side or a dessert (or why not all 😛)
