Spur's vegan-friendly breakfast is phenomenal! In this particular one, the sausage was undercooked, but other than that, it was lovely! The sautéed mushrooms in particular was mouth-watering. Fun fact: I never liked mushrooms before I went vegan, but when I went vegan, I taught myself to eat them, and now I love them!
