Vegan Flautas De Papa

i was blown away by this restaurant- and this dish!! these flautas contain a potato filling, and you can top it with guac, beans, and rice. the flautas are so good, and the amount of vegan options they offer are amazing!! it’s incredibly inexpensive for a mexican restaurant and i had to visit 2x in a row. 10/10, i hope they keep adding more vegan options :)
