Vegan Chicken Souvlaki

The fake chicken was nicely crispy and had a good flavor, but there wasn't as much of it compared to the mushroom helping in the Greek gyro. It seemed to rely on more fries to fill the wrap. Still a good amount of food, but I would have preferred more protein. The curry mayo sauce was interesting, and I liked it!
