Vegan Chicken Breast Sunday Roast

Housemade seitan chicken with skin 🫣 I hide behind my hands as I’ve never eaten an actual chicken in my life so this was an odd thing 🐓 Served with roast potatoes, orange & cumin roasted carrots, za’atar and maple syrup parsnips, sumac butternut squash purée, red cabbage & red onion kraut, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding. This was the bees knees! Not as good as my own, certainly not as good as my Nans - but leagues better than most pub roasts! Thoughtful, hearty & filling!
