Vegan Cherry Turnovers

This was the third and last flavor we tried in these turnovers from Baker Benji's 🍒 I'm not the biggest fan of #cherry because it reminds me of low key traumatic childhood experiences with cherry flavored medicine🤣 These were good, though. Like the other two pastries, this had a great puffy, flakey pastry dough. It was also lightly dusted in sugar, for a touch of sweetness. I cherry filling was a bit jelly like and thick. I feel like it had a touch of artificial flavor to it as well. It was my least favorite of the three (cherry, apple & blueberry) but I would definitely purchase again. These Cherry Turnovers are out of this world!! They’re light, flaky, and perfect. It's filled with sweet and tart cherry sauce.
